Ok well, I would say that I have a lot of talent and creativity, but I’m having a hard time trying to find a realistic approach to getting the exact type of lifestyle I would like. Picking a career is tough for me because I have so much that I’m interested in. I also want to make a lot of money, and of course you can say that money isn’t important, but I think it is so that’s the end of that. I enjoy art and the more creative aspects of the world, but I’m also an innovator and can be technical. When I start trying to pick a particular career I really only see the stereotypical “job.” Working as an employee for someone who manages and utilizes you for your talent. I don’t want that. I want it to be the other way around actually. I want to be my own boss, call the shots, and go to where the money is being made. I’ve looked into architecture a while ago — its definitely probably my calling, but I decided not to go down that path because of the amount of money they normally can make and the amount of schooling they’re required of. Btw, I’m in college right now for Biomedical Engineering. Anyways, I’m very good with people and I often find myself in a position of leadership even though most of the time its not intended. I want to be where the action is… I want that entrepreneur lifestyle so badly. I’m 18 years old and I already feel like I’m behind in starting a [tag]business[/tag]. I feel like I should already have something running. The thing I enjoy about it the most is being surrounded by like-minded intelligent people that know what their talking about and can contribute to collective brainstorming as far as coming up with ideas goes. I love meeting with people and hearing their ideas. So you might be asking, well why don’t you major in [tag]business[/tag], marketing, entrepreneurship…ect. Well, I was, but it just didn’t seem like I was learning anything helpful… It felt like I was just being taught fundamentals, which seem to come naturally with how I think. I sort of thought I was wasting money on my education by learning stuff I already basically knew about, so I switch to Biomedical Engineering, which I am very interested in!, but don’t exactly know how it can help me create this free spirited lifestyle of owning my own [tag]business[/tag] (or a partnership) I feel like if I could just meet the right person and talk to them about all this, it can something put into action.
