I am seeking a position in Human Resources/ Recruiting. I have worked as a Recruiter, where I staffed for temporary administrative positions with in a designated territory, After a number of months i was selected to start the direct hire division in my designated territory, staffing for finance and accounting professionals. I have proven my ability of staffing for both contract and direct hire positions for a vast variety of job openings. While working as a recruiter, I had undergone training for both divisions (temp and perm) which focused on servicing not only the client but also the candidate. Ensuring the proper advisement for the clients [tag]business[/tag] and the candidates career. I will be able to conduct a recruiting process that will be a benefit for both the potential candidate and the organization I earned my BA in Labor Studies from Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. I have completed course work on the fallowing subjects: Human Resource Issues, Employment Law, American Labor Law, Collective Bargaining, O S H A, Work Education Connection, Development of the Labor Market, Working Women in American Society, Economics of the Employment Relationship, and Diversity in the Workplace, while maintaining a grade point average of 3.1. My work experience along with my education benefit my ability to adapt well in an office environment which caters a service for a variety of industries.I look forward to hearing about any opportunities in the Chicago area.
