Friday, June 19, 2009 Saeed Ahmed Rawalpindi Taking a leaf out of the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board book, the Chaklala Cantonment Board has decided to impose [tag]property[/tag] tax on those owners of five-marla plots who do not have building plans.
