1. Whites out perform Blacks and minorities on standardized tests and that is a fact. Sadly tests such as the ACT, SAT, GMAT and others are the standards and minorities do not perform as well on them. That is not saying anyone is smarter but on tests that count Whites outperform minorities.2. For every extremely gifted minority there are 7 just as gifted Whites who are competing for the same jobs and schools and that is a fact. Before you throw a fit consider this there are more Whites and that is why they are the majority. So, you have more chances of getting a gifted person from the field.3. Blacks do not own much in the way of [tag]business[/tag], and until they do the opportunities will be limited. It does not matter how many minorities work at a company in the end the owners and decision makers are mostly White and that is a fact.4. Many of our most successful Blacks were chosen because they could do a good job first, but many times there are tons of Whites who could do the job just as well so companies chose the Black person.
